My Approach

Hannah has a deep passion for helping others tell their story and create meaning out of all our experiences, both positive and negative. It is her goal to create a safe space for each client to be their authentic self. She strongly values helping clients discover their self-worth and build compassion to learn to truly love themselves as they are. Hannah believes growth and recovery come from understanding how our negative beliefs are created and maintained and unlearning and rebuilding our beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. She believes every person is capable of change and has the autonomy to create the world they want to live in.

Hannah enjoys working with adults and teens struggling with all aspects of being human, and her counseling approach is rooted in a person-centered approach and trauma-informed care, and evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, and Exposure and Response Prevention therapy.

  • Clients wanting to build self-compassion, finding their innate value, and practicing self-love and discovering self-worth
