Penny Brotz

Penny is the Office Manager for Anchored Counseling. With over 20 years of experience owning and supporting small businesses, she is deeply passionate about helping others and fostering a business dedicated to emotional health and well-being. Penny holds a BA in management and communications and brings a wealth of life experiences that have equipped her with a profound empathy for those navigating difficult times. A Wisconsin native, she has called Franklin home for the past ten years.

Penny is excited to welcome you to Anchored and will be your first point of contact. With care, thoughtfulness, and patience, Penny guides each client to a therapist on our team who specializes in their area of concern/helps each client find their ideal therapist match.  Penny keeps the office afloat by providing support in many different ways to the therapeutic staff and we are so grateful!

In her free time, Penny loves hanging out with her husband and family, hiking, reading and traveling to any body of water.
