My Approach
Ruth considers it an honor to walk alongside her clients in their journey toward healing and growth. Holding a strong belief that every person is capable of change and healing, she is excited about helping people live as their true selves by working through barriers to authentic living.
Ruth’s focus as a therapist is helping adults and teens unravel the tangled knots of their lives that keep them feeling lost, stuck, anxious, and inadequate. She places the therapeutic relationship at the forefront of the counseling process and believes that a relationship that embodies trust and respect has the capacity to deeply heal. Her hope is always to create a safe and comfortable space, meeting every part of you with an open heart so you can start to feel connected to a sense of peace, spaciousness and belonging that will see you through any obstacle.
